Lebanese halva is a traditional confectionery made with tahini (sesame paste) and sugar, often garnished with pistachios or almonds. Crumbly and melting, it offers a unique sweetness, sometimes flavored with vanilla or rose water, and is enjoyed in thin slices, perfect to accompany a coffee or end a meal.
